91成人导航 Presidential Scholar Stephen Milburn is the 2013 winner of the $200 Elizabeth Chitsey Prize for improvement as an 91成人导航 honors student.鈥 Milburn graduated early from Mount Pleasant High School and improved his rank from Honors Scholar to Presidential Scholar after a semester in 91成人导航 Honors. He has maintained a 3.9 GPA while taking 17 hours of honors credit. 鈥燞e has received an invitation to present research at the 2013 meeting of the National Collegiate Honors Council in New Orleans.
This award is part of a second gift to the program in honor of Elizabeth Chitsey of Mount Vernon.
