Here's a message from Bob regarding her鈥爌ersonal wellness plan?
Thanks to the committee for this recognition.鈥犫燭his will teach me to talk to Dr. Seaborne.
I believe that wellness keeps away illness.鈥犫燜or a number of years I have been attempting to lose weight with the idea that I would feel better and have more energy.鈥犫燗nd thus be healthier.鈥犫營 have bought books and ordered pills to lose weight, all to no avail.鈥犫燣oose a little, gain a little.鈥犫燱eight loss will come with a change in lifestyle and eating habits.鈥犫營n the last 90 days, I have lost 25 pounds by changing my eating habits and committing to eat healthy.鈥犫犫營t is a new lifestyle change for me and my wife.鈥犫燱e both feel better and have more energy.鈥犫犫燘oth of us have made a commitment.鈥犫燬imply we have eliminated all carbs, sugar, including sweeteners, dairy, and eat fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and meat.鈥犫燭he fast-food places in town have sent us get well cards.鈥犫燘y the way, I still have to add exercise to the plan, but that will come along with my honey-do list for this summer.
God has given each of us only so many days on earth and I would rather spend my money for the rest of those days eating healthy than on medical bills and pills.鈥犫燭hank God for good health.
