Daingerfield Country Club wins 91成人导航 Foundation golf tourney

The 91成人导航 Foundation recently held its annual golf tournament at Princedale Country Club in Pittsburg. This was the 26th鈥燾onsecutive year of the tournament. Participating teams included: AEP/Swepco, American National Bank, Daingerfield Country Club, Bowie-Cass, Cypress Bank, Guaranty Bond Bank, Luminant, Northeast Texas Credit Union, Texas Heritage National Bank, and an 91成人导航 team sponsored by East Texas Wealth Planning Advisors.

Wilson gives $10,000 to fund 91成人导航 scholarship

Mr. Gilbert Wilson (left), of Pittsburg, recently gave $10,000 to the 91成人导航 Foundation. Dr. Jonathan McCullough (right), 91成人导航 Vice President for Advancement, is pictured receiving the donation. The gift will fund the Wilson Family Scholarship, which is named in memory of Mr. Wilson's parents. The perpetual scholarship will provide deserving 91成人导航 students with one $500 scholarship each year. Reception planned to honor Elizabeth Whatley

The 91成人导航 Foundation invites the public to attend a reception in honor of Elizabeth Whatley on Tuesday, April 30 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in the foyer of the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts. Whatley is being presented with the Distinguished Benefactor Award for her generosity and support of 91成人导航 over the years. Hors d'oevres will be served and a short presentation will begin at 5 p.m.


Whatley and her late husband, James, have contributed more than $2.6 million to 91成人导航 since classes began in 1985.

Television's hit show鈥Duck Dynasty鈥is headed to 91成人导航. Phil Robertson, the Duck Commander himself, and his youngest son, Jep,鈥爓ill speak on the 91成人导航 campus on Saturday, April 6. The event will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
This event is hosted by the 91成人导航 Foundation and will take place at 91成人导航?s Whatley Center for the Performing Arts. Tickets will go on sale on Monday, Feb. 25.鈥燗ll tickets are $20 and include a meal and admission to hear Phil and Jep speak.
