Chuck Barkow makes memorial gift to Whatley Campaign

Chuck Barkow recently gave $1,000 to sponsor two chairs in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts at 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½. The seats are dedicated in memory of Jill Barkow and Holly Hardman. Robert Arellano Foundation gives $2,000 for scholarships

TRMC Auxiliary gives 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ scholarships

The Titus Regional Medical Center (TRMC) Auxiliary recently presented the 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ Foundation with $4,500, which will provide six $750 scholarships to benefit students at 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ majoring in a health sciences field. Rotary Club of Mount Pleasant supports 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ iCan Kids Discovery College

The Rotary Club of Mount Pleasant recently presented a check for $2,536 to the 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ Foundation to support the upcoming iCan Kids Discovery College that will be held this summer. The 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ Foundation recently received a $500 gift from J.T. and Kaye Brison to support the Brison-Crosby Education Scholarship. The scholarship fund is in memory of Kaye?s grandmother, Hettie Agnes Crosby, and will be awarded to an education major attending 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½. Texas Heritage National Bank recently presented the 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ Foundation with $4,000 to sponsor a Presidential Scholar in Honors Northeast. The 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ honors program was founded in 2007 and has attracted top high school graduates from around the region. 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ Foundation raises more than $7k on East Texas Giving Day

91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ Foundation participated in East Texas Giving Day Tuesday to raise money for emergency scholarships to provide much-needed assistance to students in distress.† 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ employees, foundation board members and community friends gave generously during the event, with gifts totaling $7,115.

The Woodmen of the World organization recently presented a check for $25,000 to the 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ Foundation.† These funds will be used to establish The Beau Brummell Woodmen of the World Endowed Scholarship, which will provide an annual scholarship for a local student attending 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ each year. Doctors Jim and Paula Archer (center) recently gave $3,000 to sponsor the upcoming performance of Greater Tuna at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½. The Pineywoods Iris Society recently held a meeting at the Elizabeth Hoggatt Whatley Agriculture Center at 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½. The group presented a check for $500 to the 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ Foundation in order to provide a scholarship for an 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ agriculture student.
