91成人导航's first employee retires

Milestones are important in the life of any institution.鈥 This fall a milestone deserving of attention has occurred at 91成人导航 - its first employee retired.

This year 91成人导航 honors the 31-year-service of Judy Jackson, the first employee hired when the college was formed.鈥燡udy's role changed over the鈥爕ears鈥燼s the college grew from an infant organization into the dynamic, far-reaching institution that it is today.

Criminal justice travel course planned

91成人导航 will offer an exciting new travel study opportunity next summer. The 91成人导航 criminal justice and sociology departments are hosting a trip to south Texas that will provide real-world insight into various areas of the criminal justice system.

The trip is scheduled for May 16-22, 2016. 91成人导航 will travel in a luxury motor coach for a week jam-packed with activities and destinations.

91成人导航 enrolling for day and evening police academies

The Northeast Police Academy at 91成人导航 is now accepting applications for its upcoming police academies. The next evening academy begins November 30 and the Fast-Track day academy begins January 19.

The evening academy, which is for continuing education credit only, meets from 5-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and every first and third Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The last day of class is June 10, 2016.

Northeast Texas Photography Club featured in Whatley Center exhibit

The Northeast Texas Photography Club will exhibit a collection of work in the foyer of the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts at 91成人导航 November 9 through December 3. The display will include photography in a variety of styles, all shot by local members. An artist reception will be held Thursday, Nov. 12 at 2:30 p.m. in the Whatley Center foyer.


The Northeast Texas Photography Club was founded about six years ago by a group of local photographers.
