91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ hosted its first EagleGanza freshman experience on Tuesday, June 29. Around 50 students participated in the action-packed event that gives incoming freshmen a chance to explore the 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ campus, learn about programs and clubs, meet with advisors and even register for classes.

Being a student in the Carroll Shelby Automotive Program at 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ can be so much more than just going to class. Last week, Shelby student Christian Cabrera participated in the in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Christian is completing a summer internship with in St. Louis, Missouri.
91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ is pleased to announce that our IT Department and Sebastian Barron, Director of Computer and Technical Services, has been nominated for our very first Summer Shout Out. The computer services team does a phenomenal job of keeping our campus systems up and running, making our network safe and so much more.

For the eighth consecutive year, 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ is hosting the summer Work4College program. Over 10-weeks, students in the program have the opportunity to work in 21 different areas across 3 different campuses to earn income for their future 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ education.
This summer we are looking for individuals or departments that deserve a Summer Shout Out for going the extra mile assisting students, other employees, or departments. Maybe a colleague took time out of their day to resolve a problem or provided extra assistance to help a student succeed.

The Adult Education Department at 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ is accepting new students for its Fast Track GED (General Educational Development) and Computer Literacy classes beginning July 6, 2021. Those interested in participating in either of these free educational programs should call to make an appointment for registration, which begins June 21, 2021. Fast Track GED classes will be held at the Community Resource Center (old Mt. Pleasant High School) at 105 N.
